Muslim Women's Swimming Programme
This is a health initiated programme for Muslim women. The Programme is co-ordinated by ProCare Health Limited.
Components of the programme include:
Learning to swim, Aqua aerobics, Limited gym access, Lane swimming and Water walking. The programme also allows the use of the spa and sauna after the sessions.
Programme is conducted through Gold coin donation.
Classes are held on Sundays from 6.30-8.30pm at Mt Roskill Aquasport (Cameron Pools) Mt Roskill.
